Virtual Insight Terms and Conditions
The Brief
In order to ensure none of your requirements are missed,
a clear photographic brief will be required before any commission
is undertaken. The brief will also confirm dates and times
on which the commission will take place and that the subject
or venue is fully prepared for the photographic shoot on
the given date and time. If a site survey is required the
cost will be added into the quotation prior to the commission
taking place. All Photographs will be supplied in a digital
format via email or sent on CD-ROM. You the client retain
personal reproduction rights (See Copyright).
The Quotation
The quotation will be written and provided via email or
letter and will require written confirmation of acceptance.
Your written confirmation of our quotation assumes you have
read and accepted our terms and conditions.
The Commission
On receiving a written order Virtual Insight will attend
the venue on the given date and time for the quoted price.
If you cancel your order with less than 24 hours notice then,
50% of the invoice value will be charged. All cancellations
should be in writing via email or letter. You the client
will be responsible for obtaining any necessary permission
and preparing the site or subject for photography prior to
our photographer arriving. Once Virtual Insight is on site
we reserve the right to invoice you the client at the full
quoted rate whether or not the commission is completed. For
example: If Virtual Insight attends on the agreed date and
time and cannot for whatever reason obtain access to the
site through no fault of our own, you will be invoiced for
the full quoted rate.
Copyright
Virtual Insight owns exclusively all copyright of all photographic
images, virtual tours and object rotation movies resulting
from a commission. Personal reproduction rights of any photography
Virtual Insight has produced for you will be yours on payment
of the invoice. Use of any photographic images, virtual tours
or object rotation movies by a third party will require permission
in writing from Virtual Insight.
Payment
Virtual Insight will submit an invoice on completion of
the commission. The invoice must be paid on receipt of goods.
